You gotta have people who are prepared alongside you. This is not easy but it’s vital. If you hold the key to all the survival knowledge and you die, your family is in trouble.
Prepping quickly becomes an all-encompassing thing that you are going to have to work on. Not to stay focused but to take breaks. Those breaks assure you dont burn out and give up prepping all together.
