Personally, I love all types of dogs. Big and small, loud and quiet, hyper and lazy, they’re all man’s best friend. No matter which breed you happen to have, as long as you treat it right, it will be a loving and loyal companion that you can count on.
Having said that, if you’re getting a dog to help you around the homestead, then some breeds are definitely better than others. After all, chihuahuas aren’t very good at herding sheep and toy poodles aren’t very intimidating to intruders.
