8 Rules of Medical Self Care that will Ensure Your Survival
We tend to overlook our own medical well being, prepper or not, as the world around us tends to be chaotic and keep our focus occupied elsewhere. It’s not good or bad, it is what it is. We’re human. Eventually though, our thoughts tend to look inward and assess how we are doing. Hopefully, it’s not when something catastrophic happens! As preppers, it doesn’t matter how many skills you have mastered, or what gear you have stowed: If you’re not healthy, none of that will really help you much.

It’s the smaller changes over time that will have the most lasting impact and become part of your normal routine, barely thought about anymore.
How about more sleep, for example? Chances are pretty darn good that you don’t get near enough.
