Not everyone will be out looking to help when SHTF. There are plenty of people who will stoop to new lows when confronted with adversity. Besides the higher risk of despicable acts such as burglary, assault, and homicide, there is also a higher risk of scams. These con artists would be looking to get close to you and gain your trust just long enough to swindle your hard earned money, provisions
