If the time comes when we see a serious collapse of society as we know its leadership will be in high demand. If we see the police disband and the political structure crumble there will be a need for leadership in all corners of the nation.
Are you prepared to be a survival group leader? Do you even want to be a survival group leader?
Now, leadership is like anything else in that you can train for it. So dont fret if you are not in a position to lead just yet. It could be right around the corner. Maybe you are just a couple of good books and some practice away from being the best survival team leader you can be.
The Best Leadership Traits
Vision is a massive leadership trait. You have to know where you are going and how you are going to get there. It’s an easy to discern train in all great leaders.
Courage is another very big trait that is carried out by leaders. Courage is very important at all times but most importantly you need courage in tough times. A good survival team leader will need to exhibit this trait.
Integrity is another important trait for leadership on a survival team. You cannot be trusted to divvy out the food and ammo if you are low on integrity. Remember, integrity is about what you do when no one is looking.
Good Leaders are Always Growing
Get reading, learning and seeing new things. If you are going to be a leader of a survival group it is going to take lots of experience.
