An evaporative cooler can reduce the temperature in a small to medium room by 20 to 30 degrees. This would be extremely handy to have in a SHTF situation, also if you are camping.

If you are trying to save money this may just do that too, instead of putting your AC on in the summer use this instead. You could soon find hat your electricity bills drop by not just pennies but dollars!!

This can run on a 12v deep cycle battery for a good 2 – 3 hrs. I would also keep a charged battery charging via solar panel all day. Or if you are more tech minded than us, I am sure you could use other low energy fans. I just love this project….
