With all of the freedom that tech has allowed us, its hard to image a government large enough to watch it all. On second thought, is there a better way for a government agency to grow than to have an infinite space that allows free thought from both good and bad people. It also helps when you can label some of that free thought to be considered hate speech. it looks like we are being pigeonholed into a smaller space of the internet where social media networks and even the DHS are going to be poking for answers or banning content.
The DHS plants to monitor all media and journalists. With the rise of fake news we should have saw this coming. Its very bad news for those journalists who wish to poke a finger at the establishment or any other sensitive area. Now they are always watching.
