I suffer with bad migraines that even the hardcore over the counter medications won’t touch! I got to thinking about a more natural approach to my pain because in an emergency I don’t think my stockpile of pain meds will last very long.

There is a little bit of controversy over this natural remedy but I have tried it and I would say 8 out of 10 times it works. This is a good tip to keep at the back of your mind and try. You never know it may just work for you too.
