The United States eradicated a number of diseases within its borders. Things like measles, mumps, and tuberculosis were all but extinct in this nation.
Much of this has to do with a tremendous push towards vaccination and the science behind it. Also, the quarantine and scanning of immigrants before allowing them into our nation played a large part in the process.
Much has changed in the last decade. We have seen a powerful surge in illegal and unvetted immigration in this nation. There is also a massive vaccination debate. So much so that we are seeing a return of these serious diseases in our nation.
The Rise of Superbugs
As we battle returning bugs and new forms of flu and other viruses, our very treatment of these bugs can actually power them up.
You see, just like us, viruses and bacteria adapt. They understand how we are trying to kill them and they become much tougher.
In hospitals, we have seen antibiotic-resistant bacteria and its a scary thing. There are viruses that are getting insanely overpowered, as well.
How to Prepare
It’s a very frightening situation. There is no getting around that. What on earth can be done to deal with deadly viruses that could be all around us?
- We need to start by boosting immunity, today! Start taking 1000mg of crystallized Vitamin C every day.
- Prepare to stay indoors if an outbreak occurs. Take some time off work and have money stored to pay bills.
- Be prepared to quarantine and treat family members with immune boosting nutrients and vitamins as well as hydration. (Pedialyte and Gatorade)
- Be sure that you get plenty of rest and pay attention to what is happening in your area. Gather your intelligence and practice good personal hygiene.
We cannot be sure what the next superbug will look like but these steps will help you and your family deal.
