Here we are, some 70 years later, still dealing with North Korea. The North Korea problem just doesn’t seem to want to go away.
Our military is dealing with an issue that will become more common in the near future. That problem is, “What do you do with maniacs who have nuclear bombs?” Iran will likely be the next one up to bat and I hope we don’t play the same game with them that we are playing with North Korea.
While these ruined missiles and short distance tests don’t seem to pose a significant danger. Where does the true danger lie with North Korea?
There are a few things to consider when dealing with North Korea, that could quickly escalate.
We are all worried about the damaging effects of a nuclear strike on a United States city. That is not only what we worry about but its what has been promised to us, in the past, by their dictator. How much of that has changed? Well, we just don’t know what was actually done between our president and that lunatic.
For now, no one feels 100% confident in North Korea as a harbinger of peace.
Along with the threat of the nuclear bomb, we are also looking at a possible EMP attack. This means we could see a nuclear bomb detonated high in the sky and the power to our nation stole. The major grids are crushed and it could take years to get them back following an EMP.
Big Brother China
On the other side of all that, there is also a big brother China. While China has slapped the wrist of NK they are still not completely removed from doing business with this rogue nation. Who knows what their true response might be if America were to attack North Korea.
