It seems there is no way to pump the breaks and it seems we are going over that cliff sooner rather than later. The question we all have is, ‘what is over the cliff.’
Depending on the day and the person you are talking to you will get a whole host of different ideas about what might be at the end.
There are two very important parts of our prepper mission. One is the maintenance of the prepper vehicle or your body. The other is mitigating the inevitable infection that will come in an SHTF scenario. There are loads of information about the use of vitamins and antibiotics in this article.
Vitamins are armor. That is how you should look at vitamins. They boost your bodies performance and give you a little more boom to the day.
You can be tactical with vitamins and boost things like Vitamin C for immunity, Vitman D for brain health and Fish oils for heart and brain health. Whether you decide to create your own daily mix or you commit to a multivitamin, all of it will bring big benefits.
Do not discount vitamins and be sure you have a stockpile for the uncertain future.
If you dont have a medical background than you are going to need a book to help you with any antibiotics that you have stored. This is very important because you dont just take antibiotics. You need to know which kind for which illness and you need to know the dosage.
Storing all the fishmox on the planet will not help you if you dont know how much to take and when you need to take it.
