There is so much about this life that we simply do not control. Ya know, many people have lost their minds over things like climate change and chemtrails. The world is ever changing. While man has certainly left his dirty boot print on the planet, we need to understand that it can all be washed away, including ourselves, in a matter of a few seconds.
The earth is a giant lava ball, with a layered rock surface that is hurtling through space. There are other giant iron rocks out there that can smash and have smashed, into us. That is lights out for most life on the planet.
We have recently been reminded just how strange our situation is. The Earth’s magnetic poles have been in the news and its got a lot of people talking.
Because of a recent change in the movements of liquid iron ore in the Earth’s core, we are seeing a strange shift in true north. It’s a change that will literally affect your compass as we speak. Now, why on earth would this matter to the prepping crowd. Well, this movement came faster than it is supposed to.
So what does a pole shift look like?
Well, it’s really up to speculation. Daisy Luther did one of the best breakdowns on the subject that I have read. Its an unbiased delivery of the facts from many sources.
What we know for sure is that the poles are shifting and have shifted in the past. The biggest concern when it comes to the shifting of the magnetic poles is the fact that our protective magnetic field weakens as it battles to find balance again.
This means it is less of a shield against things like harmful UV rays. As the north pole continues to move and shift we will have lots of people watching it. However, it may be worth considering a world where the sun can do more damage. Don’t forget, the magnetic field is also our shield against the CME and its subsequent EMP!
Bonus: How to Make Pemmican, the Original Survival Food
Invented by the natives of North America pemmican was used by Indian scouts as well as early western explorers.
Native Americans spent a great deal of time on the go and depended on having portable, high-energy, highly nutritious, and filling foods that would last for long periods of time without refrigeration.
Pemmican is a portable, long-lasting, high-energy food. It's made of lean, dried meat that's crushed into powder and mixed with hot, rendered fat. This makes it one of the ultimate foods to have stockpiled for when SHTF or disaster strikes.
People really should avert their gaze from the modern survival thinking for just a bit and also look at how folks 150 years ago did it.
These guys were the last generation to practice basic things, for a living, that we call "survival skills" now.
