Its Time to Consider Geodesic Shelters in Survival

The emergency shelter is such a hot topic. To shelter or not to shelter is a question many preppers ask themselves.

Other preppers ask themselves, ‘how will I ever afford a shelter?’ I have seen a lot of these geodesic shelters, and it’s clear that these shelters are built to withstand the elements and protect what’s inside.

It is not an investment in a buried monster bunker. Still, it can be highly effective. I think the rubber really meets the road when you look at the price of these things.

When you are burying a shelter in the ground, you have to rent all sorts of equipment before you even begin to factor in the cost of these wicked steel bunkers.

Any prepper would enjoy having one but so few of us can actually afford them. Geodesic shelters are much more affordable.

Most preppers are dying to get a piece of land. They want that bugout land so they can identify a quality bugout location.

There is a good chance that many Americans are going to spend all their money on land and have to recover before building a cabin or a home on these types of lands.

To combat that, you can install a geodesic shelter on your property as a safe haven until your true bugout locations are up and running. Prepping takes time so these little hacks can go a long way!

The Off-Grid Jump

Many people dream of jumping into life off-grid. I have met more than one couple who spent months living in their car on their land until their home was built.

That is just how it goes sometimes. If you have a dream like that, you chase it through the brambles and the fields. Sometimes it hurts to chase those dreams.

A simple shelter might also be a good idea as a living space until your dream homestead is up and running.
