The good old method of burying works just as well in the urban environment as it does in the wilderness
If you are familiar with a local building that has been abandoned that might be a great place to cache things. Just be sure it’s brick and your cache is strong enough to withstand things like fire and collapse.
Waterproof caches are a great way to store things underwater. You can use chain or another means of tying down a cache under water. These are nearly impossible to find.
Sort of the same idea as the waterway, deep holes are great hiding places. Things like construction sites, wells, hollow trees or other unexplored deep dark places will not be frequented by people and thus a great place to store a cache.
